Live Streaming

Back in the summer St Luke's had a trial run streaming their Sunday evening services. Well its back but much better, questioned about the new service Pastor Martyn Sullivan said "The trial run was a great experience and we learned a number of lessons, since then we have updated all our equipment and changed our Internet provider and the tests so far have been excellent"

The services is expecting to go live at the end of February 2011.

Extreme Kids Update

What a fantastic start to a Extreme Kids, someone said it was like a Saturday Morning Kid's Show but with God involved ... seriously though it was fast moving, fun and all the young people there said that they had had a fantastic time, Its Mad - Its Fun - Its Wild ... If you have children between the ages of 8yrs and 15yrs and are close to St Luke's ... then you need to GET THEM IN THE ZONE !!!!

 ... NORMAL SERVICE WILL NOT BE RESUMED !!

New Assistant Pastor

St Luke's is delighted to announce the appointment of their new assistant pastor, Steve Ward. Steve and his wife Shelley have served in the church since 2004. Their induction service will be held on October 10th at 6:00pm. The service is an open service and everyone is invited

COMMUNITY            FUN DAY REPORT
                                         AUGUST BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY was another special event held at St Luke's, with fantastic weather a record number of people attended the event this year. Its estimated that close on 1000 people attended the event. As usual there was the Free Hog Roast, along with a 7metre climbing wall, bouncy castles, coconut shy, and a host of other games. Pastor Martyn Sullivan said "our new assistant pastor along with a great team of people organised the event and it was fantastic to see families enjoying themselves, seeing the smile on their faces was worth all the effort put into the event ... Next years event is already in the planning !!!!
