St Luke's Nursery
Formerly known as the Rainbow Nursery, St Luke's Nursery has been providing high quality childcare for over 10 years and is recognised as one of the leading providers of premium childcare and education for the under 5s in our area. At the Nursery we cater for children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years.
Because we believe that God created every child different we don't treat every child the same but look at each child's needs and how they are best catered for ....
Our premises are large and spacious, designed with children in mind. Our kitchen is also purpose designed and carries a 5 Star Gold Award from the Environmental Health Department, their highest available award.
We are also inspected by OFSTED which requires us to provide a broad and balanced curriculum, based on the government's Early Learning Goals. These emphasise the importance of encouraging a child's early language and literacy, numeracy and the development of personal and social skills, all of which we incorporate into the children's daily routine, the children learn through a range of fun and varied activities including stories, singing, painting, dancing and movement to name but a few.
One of the questions that parent's often ask about are about
fee's and funding ... At the nursery, unlike many others,
providing you give us notice you don't have to pay when you
are on holiday, a real bonus for those with longer holiday
periods such as teachers. We also provide a range of payment
schemes as well as accepting a wide range of childcare
vouchers. A service that many parents benefit from is the
childcare education grant that is available for all children
over three. This can be used to help subsidise your
childcare costs.
